Working with Steve was an absolutely great a smooth experience. His years of experience in the business were fully on display. Steve took the time to carefully explain to every step of the process, as a seller. He was also instrumental in helping me to clear up issues with a lean (on the house) that had erroneously been recorded in the County Assessors Office. Additionally, Steve helped me to arrange for the professional inspection, repairs and certifications of the roof, furnace, electric, etc. In closing, I would not hesitate to work with Steve again should I need to sell or purchase a home in the future.
